Terms
Plain terms for a free beta. Using ICON means you accept them.
What ICON is
ICON models possible audience reactions using AI. Scores, reaction distributions, simulated comments and audience segments are generated by a language model reasoning about your content. They are simulations, not guaranteed outcomes and not observed social-platform data.
ICON has no access to engagement history, follower data, reach figures or any analytics from X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube or any other platform. Nothing in a report should be read as a prediction of measured performance.
How to use the output
Treat an ICON report as one informed perspective, the way you would treat feedback from a sharp colleague. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and decisions you make from it remain yours.
Your content
You keep all rights to whatever you paste, link or upload. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights. ICON claims no ownership over your content or over the rewrites it suggests for it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ICON to develop content designed to harass, defraud or deceive people.
- Do not submit other people's private or confidential information.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, automate bulk requests, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
Availability
ICON is a free beta. Simulations are limited per day, the service may change or go offline without notice, and there is no uptime commitment. Paid pay-as-you-go access is planned but is not available today — nothing on this site can take a payment.
Liability
ICON is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions made on the basis of a simulated report.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
